Wonderful experience at this store. We went in needing an oil change and tire rotation. The manager Ted answered all our questions and was able to advise about future needs. He did not try to sell extra services and understood we had to work within a specific price range. The service was quick and efficient and we will definitely do our future services here!

I would not recommend Midas to anyone based on my experience. I went in because I had been without A/C since April and wanted the problem fixed. Before bringing my car in, my mom had been there the day before for an oil change and asked the employee if he could check my A/C. He told her he would look at it free of charge. When I arrived, however, I was immediately told it would be $99.99 just to inspect it. When I reminded him about the conversation he had with my mom, his response was, “I vaguely remember that conversation,” and I was still charged. After waiting an hour and a half before my car was even taken into the shop, I had my husband pick me up because the wait was so long. I called to ask how much longer it would be, and I was told they were “just about to pull it back.” It was almost another hour before they called to say it was finished. When I picked up my car, I paid around $300. They told me they had not found any leaks, and we then had to wait another 30 minutes before we could even leave because they said they had to let the system “finish charging.” Three days later, my A/C stopped working again. Before new management (Blake is the good one…. No longer there) I was told on the phone.. it would be around $500 for the repair (gasket, and diff service and seal).. 2 weeks later went in and was charged $900 for everything listed.. then the seal broke within a week. They do have a 90 day warranty.. but gave me Attitude for using it with the excuse”some parts jus don’t come in right”.. the! I went back for the same repair(pinion seal) and it was leaking again a week later, went to a different shop once. Thing hasn’t leaked in 3-4 months. Under Blake this place was great, the new manager has an attitude n acts like he doesn’t wanna do his job. Kudos to Blake tho, I hope he got a better job

Overall it was a great experience. Ted was patient with all my questions and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you midas murfreesboro, I will be back. Check them out for your car needs, highly recommend them.

I would give a zero if I could. This happened a week ago or so. They did my oil change. They didn’t do a good job. Oil came out everywhere on the interstate while my son was driving. I had to get it towed to the newest shop. Long story short. They didn’t not won’t to pay the expenses. They said that I had to come back to them to get it fixed. Why would I when you didn’t get it right the first time. They stated that anyone can take a picture. Now why would I go out my way to unplug an oil pan on the interstate and almost blow my motor up just to lie. Does lint make sense. They stripped my bolt and put two washer on it to plug it into the oil pan. Which didn’t hold up. Do not go here!!!!!
